This article describes the Activate Documents and Submissions workbook. We've included the following sections:
This workbook enables visibility, at the PI level, into the status of all documents and submissions of a site; inactive PIs are also included in the report. The report lists the status (not started, completed, discontinued) of all documents and submissions for all studies in Activate. This workbook is similar to the Documents and Submissions standard report available within Activate, but has additional filters and export functionality.
Dashboards and sheets
By default, the report has no studies selected, which improves load performance. Select the desired study status, study name, and country to populate the report on the worksheets described below.
Docs and Submissions
This worksheet lists the status of documents and submissions for a study, grouped by protocol amendment name.
Use the filters provided to display specific artifacts or artifact types (e.g., Document, Package, or Submission). Hovering over document status for a document displays the tooltip, which provides additional details about the artifact.
This worksheet lists additional details for the artifacts and can be used for export to Excel/CSV. Use the filters provided to display specific documents or document types.
