This feature brief describes what's coming in the 18.3 release of goBalto Analyze. We've included the following sections:

Adoption and Compliance dashboard
With release 18.3, we’ll complete multiple enhancements to the Adoption dashboard that will allow Analyze users to monitor ramp up, user logs, milestone planning and completion, activity completion, and compliance in Activate. The enhanced report provides increased visibility to ensure maximum utilization of Activate and ensure that data entered in Activate is accurate and up to date. We’ll also rename the Adoption dashboard to “Adoption and Compliance” and make general performance improvements.
Documents and Submissions dashboard
We’ll update the Documents and Submissions report to enable visibility, at the PI level, into the status of all documents and submissions of a site; inactive PIs are also included in the report. A quick filter will allow a user to quickly subset the data to core documents for Initial IP Release.
Study Startup Benchmarking dashboard
We’ll introduce a new dashboard that will allow Analyze users to understand their own organization’s performance relative to others in the industry. Benchmarks are available by country and therapeutic area. The report can be filtered by region, therapeutic area, country, date range, institution, and study name The initial release of this dashboard will focus on three cycle times:
- Essential docs sent to site - Contracts executed
- Contracts executed - IP release ready
- Essential docs sent to site - IP release ready
Study Summary dashboard
With the 18.3 release, we’ll make significant enhancements to the Study Summary dashboard and make general performance improvements. The Study KPIs sheet will be redesigned to allow easier interpretation of overall status of a study; visibility into unplanned, past due, and upcoming milestones; and milestone and submissions progress at the country and site level. More detailed sheets complement the Study KPIs sheet, enabling a user to quickly pinpoint milestones and submissions that are upcoming or past due.
Study Status - We’ll add a new study_status view that will allow Analyze users to report on study status - such as active, in_closedown, on_hold, or cancelled.
Business role reporting - To help customers understand permission information for each business role within Activate, we’ll enhance the account_user_system_roles view. The view will enable customers to report on Activate user permissions and provide more visibility into roles and permissions.
With release 18.3, we’ll add multiple new fields:
