Getting around in Select
Managing your profile to customize your experience
Using notes to communicate with sites
You can enter a note for the entire study team or the site to view and view a history of searchable notes for the site as well. From a site's Actions dropdown, select "View notes."
Additionally, a bell icon at top of the Select page displays if a site has posted a note for you to view.

Logging in to Select
NOTE: If your organization has configured a single-sign on integration with Select, you won't log in manually using the procedure below. If you're already logged in to your organization's IDP (identity provider application - often an employee portal), you'll be logged into Select automatically.
- Using your web browser, display the Select login page.
- At Email address, enter your email address.
- At Password, enter your password, then click Log in.
Resetting your password
Notes: Use this procedure if you've forgotten your password. If you want to change your password, use the Changing your password procedure below.
This procedure does not apply for users in accounts that have been configured with single-sign on integration to Select.
- Using your web browser, display the Select login page. On the right, click Forgot your password?
- At Email address, enter your email address, then click Done.
- Check your email inbox for a message from goBalto and follow the password reset instructions included in the email.
Changing your password
Note: This procedure does not apply for users in accounts that have been configured with single-sign on integration to Select.
- If you are already logged into Select, at the upper right of any page, click the down arrow next to your profile name or picture, then select manage profile.
- Click Manage your password to expand the panel.
- At Current password, enter your current password.
- Enter your new password at New password. Password requirements are:
- must be at least 8 characters
- must contain at least one of each of an upper-case letter, a number, and one of the symbols !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *
- must not reuse any of the previous five passwords
- Re-enter new password to confirm.
- Click Done.
Note: passwords automatically expire after 180 days.
