This article describes navigation steps to access standard Analyze reports available in Select and provides an overview of each report. We've included the following sections:
- Using Select Analyze integration
- Navigating to standard Analyze reports
- Site study interest report
- Days to complete survey report
- Site progress report
Using Select Analyze integration
The Select Analyze integration provides study and cross-study level reports that inform better decision making processes around site selection and study feasibility design. Standard reports are provided for site progress and trend reporting for workflow/cycle metrics.
Navigating to standard Analyze reports
If you are already logged into Select, in the top navigation bar, hover your mouse over the Dashboards menu, then click Analyze reports. Analyze opens in a new browser tab and you will be able to see the reports you have permission to access.
Note: your account must be set up in Analyze before the Analyze reports will open.
Site study interest report
The Site study interest report provides a horizontal bar graph of site response statuses: those that have not responded to an invitation, those that have expressed interest in a study, and sites not interested in a study.
At the bottom of the page, the reasons for site disinterest are visualized in a treemap of unique reasons weighted by number of occurrences. Filter options to the right allow for aggregating responses from single or multiple studies, site countries, and/or Select site status.
Days to complete survey report
The Days to complete survey report visualizes the cycle time from site invitation to feasibility survey completion. The report presents this data in a two-dimensional plot of aggregated responses over time, overlayed with the incremental responses over time.
The interquartile range (IQR) is also denoted with the median line defined within a shaded quartile area. Filter options to the right allow for aggregating responses from a single or multiple studies, site countries, and/or Select site status.
Site progress report
The Site progress report visualizes the progression from site invitation to final acceptance. The data is provided in a graphical line plot of sites by country, within each phase of selection, as well as tabular form with numbers of sites in each phase of selection.
The report is limited to the following phases of selection:
- Invited to participate - sites invited to participate in feasibility
- Interest in study - sites expressing interest in participating in the study
- CDA signed by site - sites uploading a signed CDA
- CDA approved - sites receiving approval of CDA submission
- Completed feasibility survey - number of sites completing their feasibility survey
- Final acceptance - sites selected for study activation
Filter options to the right allow for aggregating responses from a single or multiple studies, site countries, geographic region, and/or Select site status. Site status counts are also displayed in aggregate and broken out by country.
