Our goal is to provide our customers with the best experience and advanced capabilities, while maintaining maximum security. As we complete product enhancements, older browsers may no longer provide the capabilities required to support these key objectives.
On a regular basis, we assess browser usage and adjust our browser support policy accordingly. The remainder of this article summarizes certified and supported browsers.

Full testing for new features and regressions; any bugs found after release will be prioritized for fixes in future patches or releases.

Browser support announcement
Based on our most recent assessment, Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 and Internet Explorer 10 site users comprise less than 0.25% of all unique users.
As of the 19.1 release we no longer support Internet Explorer 9 and Internet Explorer 10 for Oracle Health Sciences Activate Site Experience, Oracle Health Sciences Activate LITE, and Oracle Health Sciences Select LITE. Note that Microsoft ended support for these browsers in 2016.
Our browser assessment also shows a gradual increase in use of Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox browsers for site users. As of the 19.1 release, we added Edge and Firefox as supported browsers for Oracle Health Sciences Activate Site Experience, Oracle Health Sciences Activate LITE, and Oracle Health Sciences Select LITE.

- The browser version
- A description of your computer's basic environment
- A description of what you were trying to do and the results
